Approbation<\/h4>

Une fois la commande pass\u00e9e, vous certifiez avoir approuv\u00e9 le visuel de l’\u00e9tape 1 comme \u00e9tant d\u00e9finitif.
Le processus de production est alors automatis\u00e9 : toute modification peut entra\u00eener des frais suppl\u00e9mentaires.<\/p>

D\u00e9lais de livraison<\/h3>

Le d\u00e9lai de livraison est calcul\u00e9 une fois le visuel approuv\u00e9 et\/ou la commande re\u00e7ue.
D\u00e8s que le visuel est approuv\u00e9 et\/ou la commande est re\u00e7ue, la production commence. Veuillez pr\u00e9voir 5 jours ouvrables + le d\u00e9lai de livraison.
Les commandes contenant uniquement des produits en stock seront exp\u00e9di\u00e9es sous 2 jours ouvrables.
Le d\u00e9tourage photo peut prendre jusqu’\u00e0 1 jour ouvrable apr\u00e8s r\u00e9ception de la commande.<\/p>

Exp\u00e9dition et retours<\/h3>

Il incombe au client de v\u00e9rifier l’\u00e9tat des produits. En cas de produits endommag\u00e9s, le client doit refuser le colis et inscrire sa r\u00e9clamation pour dommages sur le bon de livraison.
Vendu Print ne peut \u00eatre tenu responsable des retards de livraison imputables au transporteur.
Pour tout autre probl\u00e8me, \u00e0 l’exception des dommages survenus lors de la livraison, vous devez nous en informer dans les 30 jours suivant la r\u00e9ception de votre commande afin d’obtenir un remplacement ou un remboursement.<\/p>

Donn\u00e9es et confidentialit\u00e9<\/h3>

Les informations et donn\u00e9es concernant les clients sont n\u00e9cessaires au traitement des commandes et aux relations commerciales. The Customer undertakes not to use the identity of another person and not to use a false name. Les donn\u00e9es seront conserv\u00e9es dans le compte personnel du client. Ces donn\u00e9es enregistr\u00e9es permettent au client de passer des commandes et d’effectuer des transactions avec une plus grande facilit\u00e9.<\/p>

En acceptant les pr\u00e9sentes conditions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales, le client accepte que ses coordonn\u00e9es puissent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es \u00e0 des fins de marketing par Vendu Print Inc. Nonobstant ce qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8de, Vendu Print Inc. s\u2019engage \u00e0 ne divulguer ni \u00e0 vendre \u00e0 des tiers aucune information de quelque nature que ce soit concernant le Client.<\/p>

Garantie<\/h3>

Vendu Print offre une garantie de 2 ans sur les poteaux, les ancrages et la quincaillerie pour toute casse ou tout dommage caus\u00e9 par une utilisation normale. Toutes les impressions r\u00e9alis\u00e9es sur coroplast pour une utilisation int\u00e9rieure et ext\u00e9rieure b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d’une garantie de 2 ans contre les probl\u00e8mes d’adh\u00e9rence et de d\u00e9coloration.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
